Great customer care, clear billing process

The team at vocus communications are approachable but still hold all their cards close enough that they can call it when you make mistakes or misunderstand something! They have been great partners with us over more than 8 years now so far we've never had any issues working through our relationship; however if there isn't an understanding from both sides then things will probably not go as smoothly in future - which I don’t think has ever happened yet because communication between parties always seems like such priority for them? Their service was pretty good considering my requirements were quite specific (I wanted 100% uptime) plus being outside London meant lower costs too compared other providers who offer similar services here. We use VoIP primarily using Sipgate softphones via Skype Pro & Cisco Linksys routers set up internally by myself rather than buying third-party equipment off ebay etc due to cost vs quality requirement and also.

Pros
  • Customer Service, technical support is excellent especially given how complicated some features could be..but even basic questions get responded fairly quick without having wait days before getting answered.or needing multiple follow ups/redundant emails back& forth just trying find what's going wrong sometimes..they're helpful people :)
