Review on Capture Loop Out Streaming Recording Devices by Dennis Chase

This video capture card offers excellent performance for my Windows 8 laptop. My Samsung Smart TV was unable to detect the capture card. I had to change the settings to an unknown HDMI device to connect to my PC and Xbox360. The Potplayer media device must be loaded on your computer for this capture card to work. It took some time to sync the video and audio settings. The learning curve for pot players is pretty steep. However, it is good value for money and provided some good videos from my xbox360. If you need a capture card for Windows 7 or 8, this is the device for you.
