I'm sorry to give this product 3 stars as it's probably my fault it didn't work well. I just got a new turtle. I put it in a large plastic tub, about 23 gallons. I put one of these in water and after two days it became all cloudy and the pill disintegrated. I had to do a complete water change as I hadn't set up my filtration system yet. Like I said, it was probably my fault. Also, the tablet I put there was broken in transit so it might have something to do with that. My tortoise wouldn't eat it either! So take your chances, maybe they work better with bigger, hungry turtles.
