The best thing about orient is that it has enabled me to manage my time effectively which eventually helped me deliver quality work within given timeframe without any problems faced by other similar softwares. I also like its interface as well as easy navigation features. It's free but you need trial period for certain packages, so better go through their demo first. There are no downsides at present time but when i have used this software few months ago they had removed some important feature from there website after some bad reviews were posted online. To get more benefits out of orient software, try using all available services offered by them like support forum etc. My main purpose was to keep track of task, milestones assigned to each project, client and others related information easily.
