I bought this monitor with my new gaming setup as it was pretty expensive on Amazon for its price. I adjusted everything and everything looked fine. It worked fine for a month or two before I started having TV interference. It was something I had never seen before in my life. At first I thought it was something with my HDMI cable, so I tried a different one. The problem subsided for a while, and then I started having glitches on the TV again. Then I thought it was my GPU, I recently bought a 2060 so I assumed it was just defective, sent the GPU back and got an identical one. Again, the problem subsided for a while before flaring up again. There were days when it didn't happen at all and days when it happened almost every time the computer went to sleep/sleep mode. There was a time when even the slightest movement of my desk created static electricity. The only way to remove static electricity is to unplug the HDMI cable from the GPU and plug it back in. I ended up calling Amazon and trying to return the monitor. They offered Acer to fix it for me and I agreed. They contacted an Acer representative where he asked me about my problem. He told me there was clearly something wrong with the monitor and then asked for my address. He confirmed 3 times (the other 2 times he somehow managed to be wrong). I am waiting 3 days for them to send me a shipping label and of course the return address was wrong. I call Acer again and ask to be put through to a manager, assuming I'll move on with someone who understands English. I wait 20-30 minutes for the damn manager to answer the phone only for him to hang up and ask for my case number. I had to wait another day before I could call back. Eventually I was put in touch with a competent Acer who this time managed to get the right address. I finally sent the package and waited for a reply. Fast forward to today, the package arrived with a piece of paper. According to their diagnosis, they couldn't see anything on the monitor after a stress test of over 96 hours, and they seem to have tested all inputs and display panels with no flickering or noise. Also, they couldn't send the monitor stand back so now I have to wait another 7 days to see if there is a problem with this monitor. The amount of stress I had to deal with. ; Returns, troubleshooting, support calls and waiting for my monitor to be ok is just crazy. Stay away from this customer if you don't want to deal with junk support and a company that doesn't care about you.
