After hearing about the online retailer LENUE from a friend, I decided to give it a shot. I needed some new clothes, shoes, and accessories, and they had some nice options. However, I should have known better than to even start exploring their website because I had a bad feeling. It took too long to load and was difficult to use the website. Every time I tried to look at a product, the page took forever to load, and sometimes the pictures wouldn't even display at all. Despite the difficulties, I was able to put some things in my shopping cart. The line at checkout was significantly longer. I had to continuously refreshing the page to get the website to work after it repeatedly crashed. Eventually, I was able to place my order, but I made the mistake of choosing the incorrect size for one of the items. There was radio silence from customer service when I tried to report the error. I tried both phoning and emailing several times, but never heard back from anyone. I received my order, and I was appalled. The jewelry and apparel did not match the photos on the internet. Items were badly manufactured and poorly designed, and some were broken right out of the box. I was quite dissatisfied, and things only got worse when I attempted to return the items. Unfortunately, the return procedure was so complicated that I gave up and disposed of the goods. My time spent shopping at LENUE's website was ultimately frustrating. I will be sure to let everyone my loved ones know how awful this company is to avoid repeating my dreadful experience. Don't bother, just go somewhere else.
