Doesn't work as advertised

Just received the product yesterday and was happy to use it today. Instructions were followed to heat it to 356 degrees in 2 minutes, then another 2 minutes to 392 degrees, and then another 2 minutes to 482 degrees. Well after 22 minutes the green light still didn't come on at 356 degrees, I tried the product on my beard to see if it was even hot but it wasn't. It looks like products on Amazon are low quality and ineffective. It will be sent back today!
