Not for working out at your gym just because of Covid
I bought this because I have to wear a mask during group fitness classes at my gym which makes it very very difficult for me to breathe. I thought it was a regular mask but I'm assuming it's for training. The mask was huge on my face and pressed so hard I felt claustrophobic. I returned it and bought something else made specifically for what I needed. I'm sure if it's being used for what it's intended for, aerobic training, it's good, but I think I bought it by mistake.
