Impermeable membrane on bottom filter
Bought two of these water bottles. The 1st bottle (blue) works fine, the filter has no problems with the water flow. With the 2nd bottle (black), however, the lower filter membrane was impermeable. There was no water or air through this filter. The membrane was solid and required drilling three holes about 2.5 cm deep (difficult) to allow air or water to enter. Unfortunately, this precludes microscopic filtration. Let's hope the manufacturer replaces this faulty filter.
