Review on 🔌 POE Splitter Adapter for IPCamPower: Connect and Power 2 IP Cameras with 1 Cable by Joshua Wheeler

I didn't know they existed until I stumbled across them on Revain. I have an IP camera system and wanted to add the last of my 6 cameras very close to the ones already installed. I figured I'd have to run another cat wire through the attic, some of which would have to crawl through some tight spots with blown insulation, and overall it's just awful. Turns out I could only use this thing with a cord I already pulled out a year ago. My IP cameras don't need all 8 wires of the already routed cat cable so I used this to split the cable into 4 wires each to serve both cameras from the same 2 port PoE switch (I would still use 2 take ports ). Had the camera installed in a fraction of the time it would otherwise take. Now I'll say I've seen them for a much lower price since then, but it was still worth it, it was worth the time saved.
