The benefits that I received from using this phone system are many, but there were two main ones - firstly it was very easy to use (the menus etc) when setting up my new business line so no problems at all! And secondly they provide excellent customer support if you have any queries or issues with your services which makes life easier as an owner/manager who has staff working under me too :) We used Alaskan Communication's VOIP solution called "Caller ID".

This allows our customers' calls through their phones directly into voicemail boxes instead saving them having ringing devices out where we work / live together each day!!
