I like how easy it is to use for newbies as well! It's great because no matter what level your team are at they can all understand this very quickly and start using their favorite tools more efficiently. The dashboard isn’t always updated with latest releases so sometimes there may be bugs but nothing too serious if anything just keep an eye out when doing updates - which we do quite often anyway since its constantly being developed/updated etc.. There really aren’t any downsides apart from maybe some minor features missing (which could probably have been added) however these things will come once enough people actually try them out first before implementing into production code base. We primarily used Airbrack within our test environments where everyone was working together closely towards testing different modules / components across multiple sub-teams. This allowed us quicker feedback.
