These metal joysticks are a pleasure compared to my original rubber joysticks. quickly and precisely without much effort. Of course, being metal, these sticks will definitely "click" when clipped onto the body of the controller, but I love it! The sticks are magnetic so they can be removed for easy storage on the go! Removing the controller wasn't too bad, and removing the sticks themselves was relatively easy, but the whole process can take a long time, so you'll need a lot of patience to complete this project! Now I had the same problem as me. other people where the sticks rubbed against the shell and got stuck. My solution was to gently sand the inside of the ring until the stick had enough slack to move freely without snagging (this could void your controller/shell warranty). The twist of the new metal will still be a little rough. it will initially stick, but after an hour or so of play the sticks will soften against the shell and after all is said and done everything will be just right.
