I've bought a lot of joysticks for my gamepads. All controllers require partial disassembly to swap out their sticks. I originally got them for my PS4 controller because I was trying to swap my long and medium sticks to play certain games. Theses solved it for me. I've bought several replacement clubs for my Scuf Prestige and most won't fit until I remove the ring. Even then it's tight and they get stuck.
