Great way for tracking employee info
The best part about i9 intelligence is that it helps me track all my employees in one place! It's easy to find their information so if they are ever off work or just need some time off, you don't have to waste precious time searching through paper files.
Sometimes some of the data isn't as up to date like say the address could still be wrong even though its updated. Also sometimes when entering new hires the system doesn't pick them up right away so it would take a few days before I see they've been added to the system. This is a great tool to keep track of who works where and who has worked anywhere else and what not.
Pros
- Easy way for HR/Management team members get info from multiple locations without using too much manpower.
- Easier with tracking down missing employee cards at times (they can scan an ID card into any computer)
- Ability To add comments directly onto records via mobile devices
Cons
- Not the best
