Failed to load media. The device is fantastic. DIY mode and low mode are good for beginners, but high mode gives a better and more powerful cleaning that I need for my braces (in the video you can see how much mold is removed from the wall). I tried removing the water tank as instructed but it didn't work, then I tried the other way around by holding the floss upside down with my right hand and twisting the tank counter-clockwise with my left hand, it came off easily away . . The only bad experience I had with this floss was that I charged it for a full 4 hours but only held the charge for 2 weeks with twice daily use. Then I charge again and since I only used it on high mode it only lasted 5 days. I contacted support and they sent me a new filament which you can see in the sealed box. Let's see how the second one does.
