First of all, their website is awkward to use and poorly made. The search function was of no help to me in locating the items I was searching for. Furthermore, the product titles lacked specificity, which made it difficult for me to understand what I was purchasing. I was disappointed to discover the poor quality of the products after receiving my purchase. The phone case I ordered was flimsy and offered little protection, and the charging cable I bought ceased functioning after only a few days. My annoyance was increased by Costyle's unhelpful and callous customer support. I had trouble getting in touch with them, and when I did, they dismissed my worries and declined to give me a reimbursement. Overall, I would not advise visiting Costyle to buy. Their customer support is unhelpful, their products are of poor quality, and their website is poorly made. Avoid the hassle and purchase your mobile phone accessories elsewhere.
