I like that my contact information is automatically updated in LinkedIn when they join or leave our group so it's easy access whenever we want! We can set up multiple groups with different interests which allows us more flexibility than just one big list of contacts where everyone has joined everything all at once-it makes life easier!! Definitely try this out if you have an interest community around your business/product area as well because there are many benefits here other then ease of use (which really isn't hard).
