The ease of use for both my personal email account as well an work-related one! It's also great to have all your emails synced across multiple devices so you can pick up where I left off if not at home or traveling with them; this makes life much easier when working from anywhere around North America (and beyond). Nothing really - just make sure they support Microsoft Office 365 otherwise there will be issues down time later after installation/upgrade etc., which could cause problems especially during busy times such as season premieres & finales months out into production schedules i.e.: "Oh no!! We're going live next week!".
