Review on πŸ”’ Genuine Honda 08L96-SJC-100A Cargo Net, Black – Secure Your Bed Cargo with Honda's Finest by Brian Stepp

Perfect for securing your load

Before purchasing the cargo net, I used my Ridgeline to haul about a dozen loads of mixed cargo the 1100 miles from Melbourne, Florida to Houston, Texas. I used 6 to 8 weight straps to secure the tarp I used to cover the load. It usually took 20-30 minutes to buckle the seat belts so no piece of the tarpaulin could come loose and fly to Texas. Still, I usually had to make adjustments along the way. Since purchasing the net I have used it once to make the trip described above. It took about five minutes to secure the tarp and nothing moved until I got to my destination. Since then, I've used chicken wire to firmly attach gear, furniture, groceries, and shrubs to the back of the cab, and to press 4x8 bed sheets firmly to the bed bottom. The mesh is durable and will continue to function long after the "new" wears out. Its dimensions are small enough to fit in the trunk or under the back seat. The net itself protects the load volume at the level of the lower part of the rear window of the cab. I use it with bungee cords or weight belts to add height as needed.
