I got this for my nephew for his birthday. He already has another owl of mine that he likes so much he has a boyfriend. He's 5 years old and has a great imagination so I'm sure he'll enjoy having 2. They have a new dog so we'll see how durable they are, but they seem well made. Will be updated if this changes.
