Great playing cards, my favorite, with a few caveats

Now I have several decks of Copaq cards, this is by far my favorite brand of plastic playing cards. My other decks are the black and gold backs which I wrote about in a previous review (https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R18V86MJ3SD6VW/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_rvw_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B001GQ3VHG) where I also detailed I describe how Copaq differs from other cards, it has an unpleasant chemical smell. This blue and red kit does not suffer. Immediately after unpacking, the smell dissipated after a few touches. They play and handle well. My only downside is that they don't hold up as well as my other sets; They tend to bite a little after a few hits. But it's okay, at least initially. They also make a sandpaper noise when you're new when you rub cards together, but I'm hoping this wears off with use and play.
