These are blue light glasses with a plastic frame that sit lower on your nose, which is good if you have a long middle part of your face like me. I was initially disappointed with the plastic frames until I accidentally put something on them at work and they bent, which didn't break the glasses. The blue light test on paper worked. If I shine blue light on the paper without glasses, you get a mark, but the glasses successfully block blue light from getting through. wear them.
