The only thing I like about this chair is the adjustable armrests, everything else is terrible. I just repaired the chair back with new screws. M6-1.00 x 20 screws in case anyone had issues with the original screws not holding or missing from the packaging like mine. The back doesn't hold up when I screw it to a certain height. The pillow is uncomfortable, the tailbone has been sore for several months. The armrests are also very uncomfortable, hard plastic, and my elbows hurt. I spent more making the stool bearable than the right stool. I bought the arm pads, purple for the seat, had to replace the bolts with steel mounting bolts that weren't easy to find. Overly sensitive, I found this "ergonomic" chair to be the worst purchase I've made in years. Walmart's $50 chair was more comfortable and more durable, that's true.
