Review on Unique 203 1 Odor Stain Eliminator by Tina Zeiher

Best product on the market for removing cat ring odor

I have been in animal rescue for 15 years and have used every product on the market. Although this product is expensive, it is worth every penny. This is the only product I have used that eliminates cat pee odor 100%. I have recommended it to others along with other products and advice and they are always delighted with this product. This is a hidden gem. I'll give some advice for those who say it doesn't work. If you have concentrated cat pee (the worst!) or a bad odor, use full strength. I poured it onto thick bathroom rugs and left it overnight, then washed it in hot water. More recently, I also had a foster cat who jumped onto our leather sofa and peed (she heard us bringing a cat cage for a sick cat and got angry). I poured it out at full force, but I was afraid it might damage the leather, so I quickly wiped it off with a damp cloth. When I checked again a few days later, I found that some of the urine had gotten between the stitches and there was still a trace. Odor only in this area. I poured it in there, enough to soak in the seam area and left it, and today I checked and there is no smell. So if what you are cleaning has a really strong odor and you are thinking of tearing the tile or throwing it out of your expensive carpet, chair or other furniture then I suggest full force and the worse the concentration of urine , the more you should satiate. My only regret is that I did not discover this product before we re-tiled the laundry room as there is still some odor under the tiles.
