Works great, I clean it after every use
I love a lighter. It works great, especially with big deep candles. I read several reviews of this item and some people were upset that it stopped working after a few uses. So I'm careful with the heel. After each use (lighting the candles) I turn off the item and push the pins forward and wipe them with a dry cloth or paper towel as there are candle marks. (Note that I do not wash the wax on the lighter). I think that's the problem with most people, they let residue build up on the prongs so it doesn't work anymore. So be sure to wash after use.
