It's not as quiet as we'd like, but otherwise it's great.

Everything is great except the noise level, but I use it in the closet and I usually close the door so the noise isn't that loud. The seller says that the noise level is only 33 dB. It is in order. I like that the size is small and easy to use, just plug and play. I can drain the water when it's full, unlike disposables that have to be thrown away once they're full. My closet is about 100 square feet and this dehumidifier works really well to keep my clothes dry.
