I have an iSpring 7 stage with booster and UV, better quality and materials. I bought this cheaper device for my downtown office. This reduced my TDS from 350 to 24. Overall this unit is fine but beware of a few flaws: 1. Chrome plated plastic faucet, metal iSpring.2. The UV lamp is decidedly different from the iSpring. The iSpring has a sealed internal cavity into which you insert a T5 TUV 11W bulb and attach wires to both ends. Nu Aqua uses a UVT5-406 6W lamp with 4 wires on one end. The UV housing requires you to insert a glass vial similar to QT5-245 and a black o-ring. The o-ring is critical, or you'll flood the UV filter and burn out the bulb like I did. None of this was in the instructions as the instructions were for the same UV lamp my iSpring uses. Luckily I was able to find cheap replacement parts on AliExpress and will be installing them next month. I'm not sure but I have a feeling there will be a leak when replacing the bulb. I will update the rating if necessary. Allow for UV lamp leakage whenever you change lamps. This turns it from an annoyance to a 2 star rating.3. The hose clips were missing, fortunately this isn't my first reverse osmosis system so I have plenty of spares.
