Mouse movement isn't close to where I'm touching it, accuracy is terrible. September 20th - UPDATE, my first unit seemed to have an issue and the customer service team went out of their way to fix it, down to and including a replacement. This is the kind of company we need to support and for that reason I'm updating to 5 launches.
