dude. Such a waste of money. There is a bug in the app that the company is aware of and is refusing to properly fix. My phone (Galaxy s10+) can see the printer and send photos from my gallery via bluetooth but the app doesn't work and they won't fix it. The app is important because you can edit the image to fit properly in the print box (I'll attach an image so you can see how frustratingly wasteful it is to show two people in their entirety, not just half of the face), but in my emails with the company, they don't seem able to figure out why this is happening or how to fix it. They suggested a lame print from the 'fix' gallery and it sucks. I'm so frustrated that they know their app, the only thing that makes the printer useful, is buggy and they refuse to fix it. I've spent so many papers trying to get it working but it won't work because they don't care about making a reliable product. Move on to something else, don't waste your money.
