Edit on your phone, not in the app.

I hesitated to buy it after reading all the reviews that pictures are printed darker. The trick is to lighten the image on your phone, not edit it in the app. The image on the left was made lighter in the app, while the image on the right was edited on my phone first. I love this product.

Pink haze on all images

This printer does not work as advertised. I can't believe the reviews. EVERY image has a pink veil where it should be white. Tried different phones and different pictures. Nothing has changed. Technical support should attempt to lighten the image before printing. Yes, it just made the picture pink. It doesn't capture sharp, clear shots, so in return you get tiny images with lots of pink backgrounds. Another Christmas gift in whistles. Disappointed to say the least.

Trusted the name, my mistake

I bought a pair of these as a Christmas present, after months of listening to recipients complain and finding these printers in my desk drawer I decided to take matters into my own hands gain weight. Well, never let anyone say I can't admit when I'm wrong. My wife and son were right, these printers are just a mess, starting with the app, god it's slow, it can't identify the printer most of the time. The best mini printer.

I've dabbled with printers a lot and this is by far the best money can buy. There are many reasons, but the app and the printer take beautiful pictures. There are so many options from borders, lighting settings, resizing, rotation, collage and the list goes on and on. This small printer can do more than the big one. Another added bonus is the lining on the back which can be used as a sticker or magnetically attached to office photos. I also use my planner as a reminder of everyday events. So…

dude. Such a waste of money. There is a bug in the app that the company is aware of and is refusing to properly fix. My phone (Galaxy s10+) can see the printer and send photos from my gallery via bluetooth but the app doesn't work and they won't fix it.
