Update to previously provided review (below): As mentioned I have replaced this item with another in the hope that the new one would work better. It's not like this. It fits easily enough in the same hole cut for the first one. When installing it worked fine. After two days and a downpour not a single switch worked. So now I have to decide whether to send it back again, this time for a refund, leave a hole in my boat's driver's console, or repair it with replacement switches that are actually waterproof. This may be fine in a car, truck, or boat where the switches will be protected, but it's not waterproof. Don't poke a hole in it if you do.————————————— This is a nice looking device and I expected you to like it but I'm sure I don't . I installed it (see relatively minor issues below) and everything worked, and the next (wet) morning the switches weren't working. The LEDs were not lit and the switchable devices were not receiving power. As the sun heated and dried the device, I checked that all connections were good, and heating, drying, or tightening caused the switches to return one by one. I hoped that would be the end of it, but no, they continued to fail intermittently. Not even remotely helpful or reliable and very disappointing. Overall I would say it was an easy fit except the sizes they list on the Revain website are inconsistent so I wasn't sure what size I would get or where it would fit. After receiving it, I found the right place to install it. Also, one of the Phillips screw heads broke off, as often happens with cheap Phillips screws, so I had to find something a little similar to replace it. The three that didn't take off had rusted in the driver's seats. So now I "painted" three slightly rusty screws and one with indelible marker to look almost black. Doesn't look as cool as I was hoping! I would return it and buy something else, but I cut a hole in my driver's console and something is unlikely to fit. So if I can get them to replace this and if the switches work after the replacement I'll change my guess but for now I'm very dissatisfied with this purchase.
