I got my hands on a very decent NYX ultimate eyeshadow palette. The palette contains 16 matte and shimmer base colors for any occasion. In my opinion, this is a universal palette, there is the right shade for any type, you can make both a light daytime make-up and a heavier evening one. You can make it matte, or you can add a shimmer and shine. It so happened that I experienced it in 37 degree heat and my makeup didn’t drip anywhere, it didn’t smudge.
