Weird sizing for my opinion
I got a medium, as my standard waist size is 28-30 inches. The waist was really big and kind of loose, but the leg holes were REALLY snug, so much so that I'm afraid if I go any smaller I just won't have legs. Absorbency is OUT OF THIS WORLD - held two full bladders and still remained pretty dry! Really crinkly and kind of bulky - don't expect to wear them under jeans and be discreet about it. Really fun to wear around home for a long time, and comfortable once you wear them for a while.
