This is by far my 4 month old's favorite toy and my best purchase. I noticed that he found it easiest to hold onto his burp clothes and diapers, so he chewed them. But the scraps of cloth stayed in his mouth and I just wasn't thrilled with it. I wet the washcloth as suggested and froze it, but it was too small to hold in my hands. This toy is PERFECT, so easy to grab thanks to the chew loops on all four corners and loves to bite into it. I can also easily attach it to links to keep it in place. To my surprise, the soft plush figure in the center squeaks, and he loves it. Part of him makes a rustling sound when he plays with it, which he also enjoys. He loves bright colors and prints. It's light and when he wrestles with it, he won't get hurt like other harder toys. It's the perfect size, about the size of his head.
