Pretty but not durable
The collar is or was made of leather. It cracked and little by little pieces of it fell off and I was left with what was underneath which was beginning to wear out fairly easily. The moons and shiny pieces are still on the beat. Loved it when it popped up here and can't find another collar I like better on my gray cat. It looked great at first, just couldn't take the wear and tear. My cat is very active both internally and externally, so it's likely to do more harm than perhaps an indoor cat.
