Terrible packaging / died after 2 months.
Will be shipped with the product. The large accessory was chipped but I don't use it anyway so it's okay. I had the latest generation of this Remington and it seemed to last longer but after 3 years it started smoking. This generation seems to be more playful. Very light but looks cheap. It's not as strong as the previous generation in terms of drying performance, but as long as it gets the job done. Just take a look. ---- edit 2 months, this dryer lasted so long. I smelled smoke, and now in the trash. SMX
