This is very dangerous! There is nothing that can protect you or your animals from fan blades. A piece of my finger came off when I accidentally got too close. A dog or cat's ear is torn off. If they got too close, it would kill the chicken. I understand you can install it over any tier, but that's not the point. Thing is, it should be taken off the market until it has fan blade protection. I've never seen a fan sold to people without fan blade protection. It's not safe. The solar panel works great. It's just very dangerous for humans and animals.
