This blanket saved a life. I recommend this blanket to any runner who has to wait in the cold before starting. On the morning of my marathon it was 38 degrees, the wind was 15 mph and we had to be outside 2 hours before the start. It was cruel. And you couldn't have many shifts because you had to run a race. I was shaking and my teeth were chattering, but I noticed an immediate difference in how warm I felt putting this blanket on. It immediately cut the wind and retained some of my body heat. I don't know what I would do without him. I will take one of them to all the races I have to wait outside in the cold before starting. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS. It's also easy to toss and throw away at first, and it's not as expensive as throwing away hoodies and sweatpants!
