I only use Klein Tools, go through RJ45 connectors with this crimping tool and it always works great. I think people reporting that the tool doesn't cut all the wires are probably using another brand of RJ45 connectors. Klein forks are a little more expensive than regular forks, but they're worth it. I work with both Cat 6 and Cat 5e cables and make sure I use RJ45 connectors that are appropriate for the type of cable I'm using. It appears to be a very strong and durable tool, suitable for professional use. It's overkill for my projects around the house, but I get a lot of enjoyment from using a well-designed tool.
