It's definitely too small.

NORMAL Standard Size Large for size 12 plus. Looks more like a size 8. Sleeves have been removed to make it easier to wear. Anyway, I use it because the colors are clean and just what I need to wear under cotton blouses or sweaters. Looks like I'll have to order a large one. This is a standard size 14 for girls. I have a small frame and only 85 pounds. It would be nice to get it right for a standard size.
