I bought this mini skillet a year ago and it worked so well that when I needed to replace large teflon pans for healthier cooking I used the same brand for 8"/ Bought 10 "set and 12". The minis I've had for 1 year now and the remaining 8 months. They look just as good as when I bought them. I let them cool then soaked them in soapy water then peeled them like a charm. I have even used a big one for bacon while camping and thought it was spoiled no it cleans well I try to clean them soon after cooking but they also sat out all night I've found that it's better than anything works if you let the pan heat up enough first and then add fat (butter or butter) as needed, give about 20 seconds and it works every time I didn't get these pans as part of a review ha I bought them after a little research and I use them and a glass topped electric range.
