Description of Healthy Ceramic Nonstick Round Egg Pan by GreenPan: Mini, 5-inch, Gray - Perfect for Healthier Cooking!

GreenPan is the pioneer of healthy ceramic non-stick: safe cookware that doesn’t contain any toxic chemicals or persistent pollutants and is easy to use. Thermolon ceramic non-stick is manufactured without PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium. The coating won’t blister, peel or release any harmful fumes, even if you accidently overheat your pan. Because of the great heat distribution, the mini pans are perfect to make 1 egg, 1 toast, 1 burger. Ideal for a quick breakfast or lunch. The stay-cool silicone wrapped handles are designed for a comfortable, slip-free grip. These mini pans are easy to clean, but for your convenience also dishwasher safe. Oven safe up to 200°C stainless steel handles with a stay cool silicone sleeve, take your meals to the next level while the coated aluminium bodies are easy to clean and allow for excellent heat retention. Dimension: 5 x 3.1 x 5 inches. Available in both round and square shapes and coming in at a cute 12.5 centimeter, these pans are the perfect fit for one egg on piece of toast.

Best in kitchen and dining room disappointing

I was very disappointed with it. Try as I might, I couldn't get my morning omelette to be completely nonstick. The egg sometimes stuck to the bottom of the pan and always to the rivets holding the handle. I took mine to a thrift store.

Good for me. Hard to turn egg

I use this to fry an egg. As others have noted, it's not wide enough or long enough to fit a standard spatula under an egg. I've used a bucket that's bent so you can drop it about halfway up, turn it over and hope for the best, but I use this one and it's ok, just ok. Consider the 7 inch model for more ease of use.

Buy another pan: Cookware

There is another similar pan that costs a little more but is much better. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B015Y20MVK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It's a bit bigger and deeper. Make sure you have a silicone coated pen. Also, the eggshell has silicone coated round latches inside the shell that prevent food from sticking to it. They are not in the Revain picture but are in my photos.

Great frying pan for the price

I still have a couple of these little frying pans and I really like them. I mainly use them for small omelettes. My grandkids love to eat a small omelette with an egg with whatever they want. Usually with cheese and bacon, but sometimes with vegetables. It's a lightweight pan, but that's to be expected for the price. One thing that surprised me is that the handle stays pretty cool even in the oven (although I don't recommend it). I've even used it on a gas grill to sear mushrooms for a steak I…

Great little pan: omelette pans

I've had a 12" GreenPan for a few years and I love it. Out of pure laziness I wanted to use an egg pan in the morning; clean up less. This mini pancake pan is perfect. As described, an egg boils perfectly. I didn't notice the handle getting hot or the egg sticking to the rivets on the inside of the pan. The size of the pan makes flipping the egg interesting, but since the egg slides across the pan, it doesn't matter as the egg slides out of the pan every time after it's cooked. it is empty. I…

Like new in 1 year

I bought this mini skillet a year ago and it worked so well that when I needed to replace large teflon pans for healthier cooking I used the same brand for 8"/ Bought 10 "set and 12". The minis I've had for 1 year now and the remaining 8 months. They look just as good as when I bought them. I let them cool then soaked them in soapy water then peeled them like a charm. I have even used a big one for bacon while camping and thought it was spoiled no it cleans well I try to clean them soon after…

That's what he says.

I almost bought this pan because of the negative reviews. Luckily I checked them out and found that they are mostly people who don't seem to understand that a mini round egg pan is a good thing. round mini pan for eggs. This turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. I've used it a few times and had no problems with sticking. Due to the size and the likelihood that nobody has a burner that small, you will need to position it slightly away from the burner or the handle will get hot. Most…

Suitable for eggs but a bit unbalanced and could use a better grip

Received my mini egg pan and immediately went for it. The pot will NOT work on induction unless you use a diffuser. I also bought a diffuser right away, so I tried the Egg Beaters Egg White Pan. If you're familiar with four packs of small whisks, one small container fills about half of the small skillet. In large pans I could cook at 350 and not singe the eggs, but I could tell I had to lower the temp to copper. - 275 degrees for security. It took a little longer, but it wasn't until it was…
