Great little pan: omelette pans
I've had a 12" GreenPan for a few years and I love it. Out of pure laziness I wanted to use an egg pan in the morning; clean up less. This mini pancake pan is perfect. As described, an egg boils perfectly. I didn't notice the handle getting hot or the egg sticking to the rivets on the inside of the pan. The size of the pan makes flipping the egg interesting, but since the egg slides across the pan, it doesn't matter as the egg slides out of the pan every time after it's cooked. it is empty. I just crack the egg in the pan before putting it on the stove. It sits perfectly on the smallest burner. That.
