Review on Healthy Ceramic Nonstick Round Egg Pan by GreenPan: Mini, 5-inch, Gray - Perfect for Healthier Cooking! by Albert Tucker

That's what he says.

I almost bought this pan because of the negative reviews. Luckily I checked them out and found that they are mostly people who don't seem to understand that a mini round egg pan is a good thing. round mini pan for eggs. This turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. I've used it a few times and had no problems with sticking. Due to the size and the likelihood that nobody has a burner that small, you will need to position it slightly away from the burner or the handle will get hot. Most things that are stored over direct heat for a while tend to get hot. Makes sense right? As for the rivets that hold the handle in place, I prefer to attach the handle the way I do all my pots and pans rather than, say, superglue. Just because a pot is small doesn't mean it doesn't have the same design as a large pot. If you 1) don't know how to crack an egg properly, 2) don't know how to flip an egg properly in a pan this size, or 3) cook an ostrich egg. The egg doesn't rise as high as the rivets. I've had quite a few mini egg pans and this is by far the best. I have included a photo of my breakfast, a very large organic egg cooker, for those confused by the size of the mini egg pan.
