Great frying pan for the price
I still have a couple of these little frying pans and I really like them. I mainly use them for small omelettes. My grandkids love to eat a small omelette with an egg with whatever they want. Usually with cheese and bacon, but sometimes with vegetables. It's a lightweight pan, but that's to be expected for the price. One thing that surprised me is that the handle stays pretty cool even in the oven (although I don't recommend it). I've even used it on a gas grill to sear mushrooms for a steak I cooked with it. For the price this is a good little pan and I really like it but I prefer a heavier pan even if it costs more.
