This lock got stuck at the worst moment. I was coming back from a trip and had to check my bag on a commuter plane. Since I had important documents in it, I locked the suitcase with this lock. It also contained my car keys. When I arrived and collected my hand luggage, the lock would not open. A friendly security guard (yes, there are some) tried to open the lock with the security key, but it didn't work. In the end he took his bolt cutters and cut open the lock. I had two of these locks and both had the same problem. I cut the second barrier myself.
