Easy setup, really easy reporting tools that are well thought out! I don't have any complaints as they deliver what they say and more when you need it most. Sometimes there could been some minor issues with their services but that's normal when using web based software. Nothing major or drastic just keep at it guys. Make sure all devices receive emails correctly. It helps me ensure compliance with my work environment. It's easy enough that even I can figure it out! There are so many features you'd expect from something this expensive but have yet been missing - like multiple accounts per user (which would make my life easier). A little pricey at $50/user or more depending how much data they want stored with their service? But worth every penny if all you need help protecting against spammy emails coming into one account. We've stopped getting spammed since implementing zerospherem as our primary anti SPAM system.
