Well packaged, there were defects, they apologized and sent the money back.
Individually wrapped to keep dirt out as promised. However, there were tiny blue threads in several places. I was able to bypass them, so I re-ordered. The second batch had weaving errors on all 4 items. I don't know, maybe I'm just unlucky? Kaido has been in touch with me since I wrote this review. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered to refund the money. I am satisfied with their customer service.
