This is for 2 SETS and the plunger is hidden behind. I thought this plunger might work better than the other one I had, but the rubber doesn't seem strong enough and breaks easily. Also, my new toilet has a slightly odd shape, so I was hoping it would fit and work better than the previous one I had. I'll update this again once I run into a stall that really needs loading. The floor is rubber, it's new, and like new rubber, it always stinks and needs airing for a day or two. The bristles are medium-hard and if you scrub with a stiff brush, they'll look like crap in no time. Everyone. If you don't need to scrub aggressively, they're fine. Assembly is easy, just screw on the knobs. The bristles started falling out everywhere. This is the second time I've used this. I do not recommend this. UPDATE: I needed this plunger last week and it worked better than I expected on the first try. But the bristles are a different story. They fail everywhere
